Refund Policy
Upon completion of a consultation, the charge for the consultation will be captured. A consultation is considered complete once a patient has received medical advice by one of our Ayurvedic physician. Consultation charges should consider for a single consultation, it means patient has to ask all medical queries in a single phone call. After disconnecting the call, patient has to pay again for all next consultaions. In case of complete treatment (along with Ayurvedic medicine) received by patient, he/she is eligible to talk again with his/her concern doctor for no charges, during medication period.
Someshwaram Ayurveda does not guarantee that a particular medication requested by a patient will be prescribed by the treating doctor. An Ayurvedic doctor may determine that a requested medication is medically necessary or not.
Refunds for completed consultations will not be provided solely on the basis of Providers not prescribing a medication.
